Entering a new phase of the project KnowinFood

The new elements of the Knowing Food Food Triangle project are concrete at the current Plovdiv meeting. The project partners’ meeting lasts 4 days and new details have been agreed to improve the interaction between the student-education and industry relationship. Industrial partners advocate targeted, project-based innovative food developments, whereby teamwork competence needs to be monitored. University teachers emphasize the importance of traditional foods and a sustainable food-based product chain.
